摘　　要：本文通过对大事件作用下巴塞罗那滨海区、历史街区等城市公共空间建设实践的总结与分析,阐释了巴塞罗那将奥运会这一城市大事件作为实现整个城市复兴的重要机遇,在推动城市新区建设与旧区改造上所运用的具体策略与方法。Through the summary and analysis of the practice of seafront and historical areas under the effect of mega-events in Barcelona, the paper expounds the strategies and methods of promoting new town construction ＆ old city reconstruction of Barcelona,which used the 24th Olympic Games as an important opportunity to regenerate the whole city.
