摘　　要：目的了解社区护理干预对高血压病患者的影响。方法2006年1月～2007年1月对本社区≥6O岁的92例老年高血压病患者采取护理干预措施,包括合理饮食、限盐、适当运动、禁烟酒、控制体重及药物等方面的健康教育指导,于干预前及干预后1年对患者进行问卷调查。结果干预前后患者生活方式(限盐、运动、吸烟、饮酒及体重控制)比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);干预前后患者对疾病知识的知晓率、服药依从性、血压控制率比较,均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);干预后患者收缩压和舒张压与干预前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论实施社区护理干预能提高高血压病患者自我保健意识和保健能力,有效地控制血压,改善预后,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of community nursing intervention on hypertension in aged patients. Methods Community nursing intervention was performed on 92 aged patients with hypertension from January 2006 to January 2007, with measures including regular measurement of blood pressure and health education on reasonable dieting, limitation to salt, rational physical exercises, stopping smoking and drinking, controlling body weight, and medication. An investigation by questionnaire was done before and after the community nursing intervention. Result There was a significant difference in the life style （reasonable dieting, limitation to salt, rational physical exercises, stopping smoking and drinking, controlling body weight, and medication） between pre-and post-intervention （P 〈 0.01）, and so it was with the rate of knowing the disease, compliance with drug-taking, and the rate of controlling blood pressure （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Community nursing intervention is effective in enhancing awareness of self-care, controlling blood pressure, bettering prognosis and raising the quality of life.
