摘　　要：制度存在于人类生活的各个层面,文学场中也有文学制度的存在。文学制度是伴随着文学的产生而产生的,它对文学的发展有着深刻的影响。而文学制度本身也是一个不断发展、逐步完善的过程,为了促进其完善,就需要不断地给它注入新鲜的血液,即要用先进文化来引导它,而最终实现文学的繁荣。Institutions exist in human life at all levels. Likewise, a literature institution must exist in the literary field. Accompanying the emergence of literature, a literature institution came into being and has since had a profound impact on literature. The literature institution itself has also undergone a process of steady growth and improvement. Therefore, in order to improve it, we need to constantly inject fresh blood to it, that is, to use advanced culture to enrich its basic requirements and, ultimately, realize the prosperity of literature.
