摘　　要：表面活性蛋白-D(surfactant protein D,SP-D)是一种重要的具有免疫防御作用的蛋白,分布广,可遍及人体,与多种疾病的发生有关。surfactant protein D （SP-D） is a molecule which plays an important role of immune defense. It is located almost in the whole human body and associated with sorts of diseases.
