摘 要:探讨了3种典型的阳离子助剂——聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDADMAC)、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)和阳离子淀粉对杨木CTMP浆水体系中DCS的稳定性及其去除效果的影响。结果表明,不同pH值条件下其影响效果不同;纤维的存在易使DCS失稳,更易被除去;体系中DCS浓度越高,需要的阳离子聚合物就越多,越有助于DCS的去除。During the production of mechanical pulp, dissolved and colloidal substances(DCS) are released into the process water, these sub- stances will influence the performance of cationic additives due to their anionic charges. Polydiallyl-dimethyl-ammonium chloride, cationic poly-acrylamide and cationic starch were used to study the interaction between dissolved and colloidal substances and them. The results showed that the addition of cationic additives has a great effect on the stability and the removal of DCS, pH value also plays an important role in the interactions. The presence of fibers promotes the destabilization and the removal of DCS. More cationic polymers are needed to destabilize the DCS completely when the DCS concentration increases. And the increasing concentration of DCS is of benefit to the removal of themselves.
