摘  要:研究了工程机械维修质量评价问题。从工程机械修竣后主要性能指标下降率、维修技术要求、修后可靠性3个方面提出了工程机械维修质量评价指标体系。该评价指标体系适用于不同结构类型的工程机械维修质量评价。基于工程模糊集理论和多属性半结构性群决策理论,建立了维修质量评价数学模型。维修质量评价模型初步解决了工程机械维修质量评价时的半结构性属性及群决策信息的集结问题,具有一定的普遍适用性。Appraisement of repair quality for engineering equipment is focused on. The appraisement attributes system is set up that contains threes aspects such as main character-index decline rate, repairing demand, reliability after equipment being repaired. The attributes system is suitable to different structure engineering equipment. A mathematical model is established by adopting engineering fuzzy set theory and multi-attribute and semi-structural fuzzy decision theory. The model about appraisement of repair quality solves the problems of aggregating semi-structural attributes and muhiple decision-making information preliminarily. So the model has applicable and universal character.
