伴眶内并发症的筛窦黏液囊肿的临床特点及治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨伴眶内并发症的筛窦黏液囊肿临床特点及鼻内镜手术治疗的疗效。方法对14例筛窦黏液囊肿伴眶内并发症患者的临床表现和CT特点进行分析,采用鼻内镜手术治疗。结果14例患者术后6个月随访均治愈,眼球移位、视力下降、复视、溢泪、头痛等症状均消失,内镜及CT检查显示中鼻道宽敞,筛窦开放引流良好,黏膜及眼眶基本恢复正常。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗筛窦黏液囊肿致眶内并发症的有效方法之一。Objective To explore clinical characteristics and endoscopic surgical effect of ethmoidal mucocele with orbital complications. Methods Clinical data of 1 4 cases of ethmoidal mucocele with orbital complications was analysed. All the patients received endoscopic surgical treatment. Results Eye symptoms appeared in all patients. Six months after operation, all patients got cured. All eye symptoms （such as exophthalmos , vision problems, epiphora, diplopia, and headache ） disappeared. Endoscopic examinations and CT scan demonstrated spacious middle meatus and ethmoid sinus opening, well mucosal recovery of ethmoidal sinus. The arbit also normally recovered. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery is effetive for ethmoid mucocele with orbital complications.
