利用氧化铜矿石生产氧化铜实践

摘　　要：利用氧化铜矿石经“破碎—分级—酸浸—铁置换—海绵铜焙烧”生产出了氧化铜粉，铜浸出率８８．７５％，总直收率７５．０１％。该工艺经济效益显著，并介绍了其操作条件。Copper oxide powder can be produced out from copper oxidized ores by a process of “crushing-classification-acid leaching-substitution by Fe-sponge copper roasting”,copper leaching rate in this process is 88.75% and total recovery is 75.01%. The process has marked economic profits. The operation conditions are also introduced in this paper.
