摘  要:针对纺织生产过程中棉纱单纱强力控制主要采用配棉技术及凭借工程技术人员的经验调节纺纱工艺参数,不能事先对棉纱线的成纱强力进行较为准确的估计和设计的问题。运用灰色系统建模理论建立原棉品质参数与成纱单纱强力的灰微分方程GM(1,N)模型,利用模型在纺纱的设计阶段预估棉纱线成纱单纱强力。在建模及单纱强力预估过程中,对建模参数白化背景值进行分析,并根据灰色系统理论的新息优先原理,提出采用企业生产的历史数据作为原始序列参与计算。通过实际建模及误差分析证实,GM(1,N)模型值可以较好地拟合棉纱线单纱强力实际值,为纺织企业纱线产品品质提供了定量预估分析方法。During cotton yarn spinning, the control of the yarn strength mainly depends on cotton blending and operator's experience and it is impossible to carry out accurate estimation and design of the strength of the forming yam in advance. In view of this problems, based on the concept of gray model, a GM(1, N) model has been developed, which correlates the raw cotton quality with the strength of the cotton yams being (k) to calculate the modeling parameter Z1. According to new information priority principle in grey system theory, the value of yam strength is predicted by using the developed GM (1, N) model, and error analysis shows that the predicted value is favorably in agreement with the experimental data. The proposed GM ( 1, N) model has thus been validated to be a reliable method for quality design and prediction of cotton yam strength for control during processing.
