摘 要:为了探究温度对天然彩色棉色泽性能的影响,研究天然彩色棉在不同干热温度条件下的色变性能。研究表明,天然彩色棉在较低温度下,色泽稳定,不会产生明显的色变,在普通的家用洗涤烘干条件下,天然彩色棉色泽是稳定和安全的;但在较高的温度(>100℃)条件下,天然彩色棉的色变明显,绿棉将向棕黄色转化,而棕棉将向褐色转化,天然彩色棉的色泽明显变深。在高温下,天然彩棉色素及某些附生物的结构发生变化是导致色变的主要原因。在高温整理时,除化学制剂导致的色变外,温度是导致天然彩色棉色变的一个重要因素。Naturally colored cotton (NCC)was subjected to investigate the effect of temperature conditions on the shade dry heat treatment at different temperatures so as to of naturally colored cotton. The results showed that in relatively low temperature circumstances, the shade of NCC is stable and will not occur significant color change, indicating that it is safe for the color of NCCs in current normal home launder drying conditions. In relatively high temperature circumstances (such as 100℃ and higher), great color changes are evident. The green NCC tan, while the brown NCC turns deep brown. The color change of NCC in high temperature circumstances are probably mainly resulted from the structure change of pigments and some non-cellulosic substances. During high temperature finishing, besides chemical agents, temperature is a very important factor causing the color change to NCC based products.
