摘 要:以聚乙二醇、聚氧化丙烯二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸和1,4-丁二醇为主要原料,采用自乳化方法合成了一种织物用水性聚氨酯乳液,并制备了亲水聚氨酯涂层复合材料,研究预聚反应温度和时间、n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)、DMPA加入量、中和方式、乳化工艺等对水性聚氨酯乳液性能的影响,检测复合材料的防水、透湿性能和生物防护性能。结果表明:合成的水性聚氨酯乳液的综合性能好,制备的聚氨酯涂层复合材料具有良好的防水透湿性和生物防护性能。A kind of water-borne polyurethane used for fabrics was synthesized by self emulsification method, with PEG,PPG,TDI^DMPA and BD as raw materials, and hydrophilic polyurethane coating composite material was prepared further. The influences of temperature and reaction time of prepolymerization, n(--NCO): n(--OH), amount of DMPA, neutralization mode, and emulsification method etc on the properties of water- borne polyurethane emulsion were studied, and the waterproof capability, moisture permeability and biological protection capability of the composite material were tested. The results indicated that this kind of polyurethane had good integrative performances, and the hydrophilic coating composite could provide good waterproof function, moisture permeability and biological protection capability.
