摘　　要：目的：了解先天性心脏病患儿心室间隔缺损（室缺）自然愈合与血清表皮生长因子水平的关系。方法：将７２例室缺患儿分为自愈组（３５例）、大型未愈组（１７例）、小型未愈组（２０例）、正常对照组（４０例），并对其中的部分病例作了１年以上的随访。结果：各组的血清表皮生长因子自愈组为３．７２±１．２８μｇ／Ｌ，大型未愈组为２．０６±０．５６μｇ／Ｌ，小型未愈组为２．１３±０．７８μｇ／Ｌ，正常对照组为３．４０±１．０３μｇ／Ｌ；室缺患儿的体肺循环流量比值与血清表皮生长因子无显著的相关性；随访者中血清表皮生长因子持续较高者，室缺自然愈合的变化较明显。结论：室缺的存在和不愈可能与血清表皮生长因子水平较低有关，正常水平的血清表皮生长因子可能有助于室缺的自然愈合。? Objective:To investigate the relationship between the naturalhealing of ventricular septal defect(VSD)and the level of serum epidermal growth factor(EGF) Methods:Serum EGF concentration was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 35 children with naturalhealed VSD,17 children with nonhealing large VSD,20 patients with non-healing small VSD and 40 normal controlsIn addition,we repeated the measurement one year or more later for some patients and normal controls Results:The serum EGF concentration in groups of naturalhealed VSD,nonhealing large VSD,nonhealing small VSD and normal control were 372±128 μg/L, 206±056 μg/L,213±078 μg/L and340±103 μg/L,respectivelyThere were no significant correlation between the ratio of pulmonary to systemic blood flow(Qp/Qs)and the serum EGF concentrationIn the cases of repeatedassay,obvious appearence of naturalhealing of VSD was accompanied with persistent higher serum EGF Conclusion:It seems a certain relationship between the naturalhealing of VSD and serum EGFA normal serum EGF level might be helpful to the naturalhealing
