摘 要:对目前国际上抗艾滋病及其相关疾病的新药和疫苗开发研究的现状及2007年处于临床研究阶段的92种抗艾滋病及其相关疾病新药和疫苗进行归纳、综述和概括性介绍,并与2006年相关情况进行对比分析,重点对抗病毒药和免疫抑制剂及治疗和预防HIV感染疫苗的开发研究情况进行了分析和介绍。与2006年的77种抗艾滋病新药和疫苗相比,2007年处在开发研究阶段的新药和疫苗有一定的增加,增长率为19.48%。分析结果表明,国际研究型制药公司或生物技术公司在开发传统种类抗病毒制剂的同时,加大了新类型药品的开发,例如抗逆转录病毒制剂的整合酶抑制剂,成熟抑制剂、白介素和干扰素,以及预防和治疗性疫苗、免疫调节剂和基因疗法等。Based on the current status of global HIV prevalence and various countermeasures adopted in prevention and treatment of AIDS by international organizations and governments, especially by Chinese government, the status quo of development of new medicines and vaccines for HIV/AIDs and related diseases were described in this article. In 2007, 92 new medicines and vaccines have been reviewed to treat or prevent these diseases internationally, especially the new antivirals, immunomodulators and vaccines to treat or prevent HIV/AIDS. Compared with 77 new medicines and vaccines in 2006, the number of the medicines and vaccines developed has increased by 19.48% in 2007. Although the common types of antivirals are still developed, the international research-based pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies are strenthening their efforts to develop new classes of antiretrovirals, such as integrase inhibitors, maturation inhibitors, interleukins and interferons as well as preventive and therapeutic vaccines, immunomodulators and gene therapy.
