库页红景天抗疲劳作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨库页红景天抗疲劳作用和滋补功能。方法：小鼠每日喂含有库页红景天（２ｇ／１０ｇ体重）的混合饲料。２０天后测定小鼠游泳时间、耐化学缺氧能力、血红蛋白含量、体重增长及血清丙二醛含量。结果：给药组小鼠游泳时间、耐化学缺氧能力、血红蛋白含量明显高于对照组（分别为：Ｐ＜０．０５、Ｐ＜０．０１、Ｐ＜０．０１），而血清丙二醛含量明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：库页红景天有明显增强运动耐力和解除疲劳的作用。Objective:The aim of this paper is at investigating possible effects of Rhodiola Sachalinesis,to provide experimental data for putting this Chinese herb into clinic use. Methods:The experimental mice were fed with food containing dried powder of Rhodiola Sachalinesis (2 g/10 g bw·d). Swimming time hypoxytolerance,hemoglobin content,body weinght,and serum malanic aldehyde concentration of the two groups of mice were measured and compared. With control group fed with ordinary food. Results:Our observations showed that the swimming time,hypoxytolerance and Hb content of the experimental mice were higher than those of the control ones,while the content of malonic aldehyde mice in the experimental group was lower than that in the control one. Conclusion:Rhodiola Sachalinesis significantly enhanced motor tolerance and relieved fatigue of the mice.
