摘　　要：多柔比星对乳鼠心肌细胞增殖周期与蛋白质含量的影响张亚臣荣烨之吕宝经赵美华黄国芳杨瑾文（上海第二医科大学附属新华医院心内科，上海２０００９２）多柔比星（ｄｏｘｏｒｕｂｉｃｉｎ）对心肌的毒性作用一直是多柔比星临床应用的一大障碍［１－３］，为防治其心肌毒性...The effect of doxorubicin on the dynamics of cell proliferation and protein content was investigated by the flow cytometer. The results showed that the percentage of cell in cycle G1 phases was increased greatly, but the percentage of cell in G2+M phase and the proliferation index were decreased . In addition, the contents of DNA and protein were decreased (P<0.01). The results revealed that doxorubicin would have greater inhibitory effects on proliferation cycle and protein synthesis in the primary cultures of neonatal rat myocardial cells.
