摘  要:应用电镜观察方法研究了豚鼠小肠壁内毛细淋巴管的超微结构.并用多功能图像分析系统做定量分析.结果表明,小肠壁内毛细淋巴管的超微结构具有毛细淋巴管超微结构的一般特点.内皮细胞间的连接方式主要有三种.即端端连接(6.37%)、重迭连接(47.77%)和插入连接(38.22%),各种连接中,开放连接者占22.9%.比心、肝、肾、甲状腺的毛细淋巴管内皮细胞间连接的开放率高得多;小肠毛细淋巴管内皮细胞内囊泡系统以三种形式分布,即向管腔外开放(8.29%).游离于胞质内(76.58%)和向管腔内开放(15.12%).与心、肝、肾、甲状腺相比,其囊泡向管腔内外开放者极少.而游离于胞质中者极多.结论:在小肠,组织液和大分子物质主要通过内皮细胞间连接间隙进入毛细淋巴管腔,囊泡系统也起一定作用,但不占主要地位.The intramural lymphatics of the intestine in guinea-pig were studied by electron microscopy in order to obtain information regarding their ultrasturcture and possible mechanisms of lymph formation. Some analyse were made with the aid of the Medical Image Analysis System. Ultra-structurely. the lymphatics were similar to those described in other organs. Three morphological types of intercellular contacts were end-to-end type (6. 37%), ovelapping (type (47. 77%) and interdigitating type(38. 22%). The percentage of open junctions was greater than that of the heart, kidney, thyroid, and liver. Veicles were seen in the cytoplasm, 8. 29% of them opening on to the abluminal membrane, 76. 58% without visible connection to either surfaces, and 15. 12% opening on to the luminal surface. The percentage of open veilcles was greater than that of the heart, kidney, thyroid, and liver, but the percentage of veicles was smaller. It could be concluded that the intercellular pathway may act as the primary route for lymph formation in the intestine.
