Immunohistochemical Analysis of Immunoglobulin and Complement of Intrahepatic Blood Vessels in Rabbits Infected with Schistosoma Japonicum

摘  要:采用免疫组织化学技术,辅以透射电镜及普通病理学观察,研究不同时期的日本血吸虫病兔肝内血管壁免疫球蛋白和补体的变化。结果:发现虫卵肉芽肿周围、肝窦壁和门管区门静脉壁有IgG、IgE、C3和C4沉着。伴门管区纤维化、门静脉分支管壁纤维化和肝窦壁毛细血管化。电镜观察发现,肝窦内有浆细胞聚积,窦内皮细胞受损。表明有免疫复合物介导的损伤,导致肝微循环障碍,并继发肝纤维化和门静脉高压症。The present study was designed to investigate the changes of immunoglobulin and comple-ments in intrahepatic blood vessels of schistosomiasis rabbits. Methods: This was a randomized double-blind study using immunohistochemistry stain of IgG, IgE, C3 and C4, accompanied with light and electron micro-scopic examination, in intrahepatic blood vessels of rabbits (n = 30) infected with S japonicum in different stages. Results: The results showed that 6 weeks after infection, the IgG, IgE, C3, C4 deposits along the sinusoidal wall, small portal vein branch, within and surrounding the egg granuloma were seen, which was accompanied by portal fibrosis and sinusoidal capillarization. Electron microscopic examination revealed that there were rich plasmocytes in hepatic sinusoid and damage to sinusoidal endothelium. Conclusion: The im-munological compound mediated injury took place in intrahepatic blood vessels, which could result in liver mi-crocirculatory disturbance, hepatic fibrosis and portal hypertension.
