摘 要:以阿斯匹林为对照,观察甲基莲心碱(Nef)对家兔、大鼠及人血小板聚集功能的影响。结果表明,Nef体外能明显抑制ADP、Adr、胶原诱导的不同种属动物的血小板聚集,呈剂量依赖性。对ADP、胶原诱导的家兔血小板聚集IC_(50)分别为16、22 μmol/L;对ADP、胶原、Adr诱导的人血小板聚集的IC_(50)分别为35、102、89 μmol/L。Nef 500 μmol/L明显降低ADP诱导的高脂喂养大鼠的血小板聚集率,并出现解聚。等摩尔浓度时,Nef作用强于阿斯匹林。Neferine(Nef) could significantly inhibit platlet aggregation induced by ADP, collagen and Adr in dose-dependent manner in vitro. The IC50, of the rabbit platelet aggreation induced by ADP and colla-gen were 16 μmol/L and 22 μmol/L, respectively. The IC50 of the human platelet aggregation induced by ADP. collagen and Adr were 35 μmol/L, 102 μmol/L, respectively. Nef at 500 μmol/L could make platelet disaggregation in rats fed by hyperliposis diet. When used in the same dosage, Nef was more potent than aspirin in rabbits and human as well as in rats.
