摘 要:目的:探讨新生儿窒息血浆内皮素(endothelin,ET)及降钙素基因相关肽(calcitoningenerelatedpeptide,CGRP)的变化。方法:对24例足月新生儿窒息患儿及18例对照新生儿,用放射免疫学方法测定出生后第1天和第5天血浆ET1及CGRP浓度。结果:生后第1天窒息患儿血浆ET1及CGRP水平均显著高于对照组;生后第5天患病组二者水平显著下降。实验组第1、5天血浆ET1及CGRP呈正相关性。结论:新生儿窒息血浆ET生成增加可能起着损伤机体的作用;而CGRP升高可能是机体的自我保护机制。Objective: To investigate the changes in plasma concentrations of endothelin (ET)and calcitonin generelated peptide (CGRP) in fullterm newborns with asphyxia. Methods: Plasma levels of ET1 and CGRP was measured in 24 fullterm newborns with asphyxia and 18 controls on the first and fifth days after birth by using radioimmunoassay. Results: Both plasma ET and CGRP levels of asphyxiated newborns were significantly increased as compared with those of controls on the first day after birth. They were obviously low on day 5 after birth. There was no significant difference either in plasma level of ET or in plasma level of CGRP between day 1 and day 5 after birth in control newborns. In the newborns with asphyxia, a positive correlation between plasma ET and CGRP levels was observed. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that in newborns with asphyxia, the ET production is increased, which may yield scathing effect on the newborns, while the increase in plasma CGRP level is probably involved in a mechanism responsible for a selfprotection of the body.
