摘　　要：目的：将脐动脉血流速度波形多普勒测量的ＵｍＡＦＶＷＡ／Ｂ值和血清人胎盘泌乳素（ＨＰＬ）的结果结合分析，以期仅通过１２次检查来评估胎盘功能和出生儿结果好、坏．方法：对５０例正常和４０例高危妊娠做了ＵｍＡＡ／Ｂ和ＨＰＬ测定．结果：非连续性测定时Ａ／Ｂ和ＨＰＬ值大小变化相关不显著，ｒ＝－００６－０５３，Ｐ＞００５；高危妊娠中，Ａ／Ｂ，ＨＰＬ异常者多于正常组；Ａ／Ｂ升高，ＨＰＬ降低可同时检出，而在正常组和出生儿正常的高危妊娠中均未能见到此种改变．结论：两项检查同时异常者可伴有出生儿结果不良，敏感度虽较低，约５８３％，但特异度和阳性预期值均达１０００％。Aim:Combined application of Doppler umbilical artery blood flow velosity wave(UmA FVW A/B ratio) and serum human placental lactogen (HPL) in fullterm pregnancy was analysed to estimate the placental function and the results of neonates only through 1 to 2 tries of the examinations Methods:The examinations of Doppler UmA FVW A/B and HPL were performed in 50 normal and 40 high risk fullterm pregnancies Results:There were no obvious relations between the two parameters′value changes when they were observed discontinously,r=-006￣-053,P>005 There were more cases with abnormal values of UmA A/B ratio or of HPL in the high risk pregnancies than in the normal pregnancies Of the high risk pregnancies, both A/B ratio increasing and HPL decreasing abnormally could be picked up at the same time, which were not detected in the group of normal pregnancy and in those highrisk pregnancies whose neonates were normal Conclusion: Among the pregnancies with indication of abnormal A/B ratio and HPL together,ill results of the neonates could be found The sensitivity of the indication in diagnosing the ill results of neonates was 583%, but both the specificity and the positive prognansis were 1000%,which were higher than A/B or HPL used separately
