摘 要:目的和方法:为了研究心血管类药物的构效关系,用二苯甲基哌嗪和咖啡酸为原料,经缩合、还原等反应制得标题物(I);并通过黄嘌呤黄嘌呤氧化酶鲁米诺化学发光体系检测了其清除O·2自由基的作用.结果和结论:经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振谱测定,合成物(I)与结构相符,收率72.5%;化学发光法检测显示出较强的SOD样活性,具有较强的抗自由基作用.Aim and Methods: To develop new medicine, we took diphenylmethyl piperazine and caffeic acid as materials, making objective compound (I) by condensation and reduction reaction, etc. At the same time, we detected this compound (I) to scavenge O·2 free radical through XanthineXanthine OxidaseLuminol Chemiluminescence system. Results and Conclusion: Through elementary analysis and the detection of IR and ′HNMR spectra, results indicated the compound (I) could accord with its constitution, yield rate was 72.5% . Chemiluminescence detection indicated that it (I) had strong SODLike activity and antifree radical role.
