可膨胀髓内钉治疗肱骨中段骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结分析可膨胀髓内钉治疗肱骨中段骨折的临床疗效。方法2006年1月～2008年1月我院采用可膨胀髓内钉治疗新鲜肱骨中段骨折32例,评价其临床疗效。结果术后随访6～18个月,平均12个月,32例骨折平均愈合时间12周。无一例并发术后桡神经损伤、骨折延迟愈合及不愈合,无畸形愈合,无感染。末次随访按Neer标准评定肩关节,优秀29例,满意3例,无不满意及失败者。结论可膨胀髓内钉治疗肱骨中段骨折具有损伤小、固定可靠、并发症少、骨折易愈合等优点,临床疗效满意。Objective To summarize and analyse the clinical effect of the expandable intramedullary nailing systems in the treatment of humeral midshaft fractures. Methods From January 2006 to January 2008,32 cases with fresh humeral midshaft fracture were treated with expandable intramedullary nails and the clinical effects were evaluated. Results 32 patients were followed up for 6 ～ 18 months with an average period of 12 months. All patients achieved good bone healing and the average period of bone healing was 12 weeks. No complication such as radial nerve injury, delayed union, nonunion, malunion and infection was found. At the last follow up visit, shoulder function was assessed by Neer＇s standard,29 cases showed excellent results, 3 cases showed good results, none showed fair or poor results. Conclusion Treatment of humeral midshaft fracture with expandable intramedullary nail is an excellent method of choice for such advantages as small injury, reliable fixation,little complication and good effects.
