整合素β_1在妊娠输卵管粘膜与子宫内膜的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究整合素β1在输卵管妊娠患者输卵管粘膜及相应子宫内膜的表达及其与输卵管妊娠的关系。方法应用免疫组化法(SP方法)检测正常早孕蜕膜组织、正常输卵管粘膜组织及输卵管妊娠患者子宫蜕膜组织及其输卵管粘膜组织中整合素β1的表达情况。结果整合素β1在四种组织中均有阳性表达,在输卵管妊娠粘膜组织中上皮中的阳性表达强于正常输卵管粘膜组织中的表达,但弱于正常早孕蜕膜组织中上皮细胞膜的阳性表达,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而整合素β1在输卵管妊娠患者子宫内膜上皮细胞的表达弱于正常早孕子宫蜕膜上的表达。结论整合素β1可能参与胚泡着床,在输卵管妊娠的发生、发展过程中起着一定的作用。Objective To investigate the relationship of tubal pregnancy and the expression of integrin β1 in tubal epithelium and endometrium. Methods Immunohistochemistry was resorted to demonstrate the expression of integrin β1 in normal decidual cells, normal tubal epithelium and tubal epithelium and endometrium of tubal pregnancy. Results Integrin β1 was expressed in four groups. The expression of integrin β1 in tubal epithelium of tubal pregnancy was higher than that in normal tubal epithelium, but lower than that in normal decidual cells （P 〈0.05）. The expression of integrin β1 in endometrium of tubal pregnancy was lower than that in normal decidual cells （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrin β1 might participate in ectopic implantation and play a key role in tubal pregnancy.
