摘　　要：目的制备乳酸依沙吖啶栓,建立质量控制方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定依沙吖啶含量,并考察其稳定性。结果依沙吖啶线性范围为20.0～80.0μg·mL-(1r=0.9999)平均回收率为97.21%,RSD=2.43%(n=3)。结论本品处方、制备工艺简单、质量稳定。可作为乳酸依沙吖啶制剂新品种的开发。Objective To prepare the ethacridine lactate suppository and to establish a quality control method for the suppository. Methods The ethacridine lactate was determind with Ultraviolet spctrophotonetry and the stability testwas performed. Results There was a good linearity of catibration. curve of ethacridine lactate in rang of 20.0-80.0μg·mL^-1 （r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 97.21%,and RSD was 2.43%（n=3）. Conclusion The preparation method was simple. The preparation and suppository were stable. It is valuable to be further studied as a new preparation of ethacridine lactate.
