摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠合并心脏病患者的护理干预。方法72例妊娠合并心脏病患者,进行心脏病种类、心功能状态及分娩方式比较,根据心脏病的发病类型给予不同的护理。结果72例妊娠合并心脏病中,风湿性心脏病29例(40.3%)明显高于先天性心脏病20例(27.8%)、围产期心肌病5例(6.9%)、妊娠高血压性心脏病10例(13.9%)、甲亢性心脏病3例(4.2%)、其他心脏病5例(6.9%)(χ2=3.89,χ2=6.79,χ2=7.01,χ2=7.59,χ2=7.39,P<0.05～0.01);心功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级自然分娩10例(25.0%)、产钳分娩12例(30.0%)明显高于心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级3例(9.4%)、4例(12.5%)(χ2=4.39,χ2=4.01,P<0.05);心功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级剖宫产分娩18例(45.0%)明显低于心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级25例(78.1%)(χ2=4.29,P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并心脏病患者全程护理能全部顺利渡过孕产期。Objective To investigate the nursing intervention of pregnant women complicated with heart disease. Methods Comparison beween type of heart disease, cardiac function and delivery fashion in 72 cases of pregnancy with heart disease;According to the type of heart disease with different nursing intervention. Results The morbidity of rheumatic heart disease in 29 cases （40.3%） were significantly higher than that 20 cases（27.8% ） in congenital heart disease, 5 cases （6.9%）in peripartum cardiomyopathy, 10 cases （13.9 % ）in pregnancy-induced hypertension, 3 cases （4.2 percent） in hyperthyroidism heart disease and 5 cases （6.9%） in other heart disease （ X^ 2=-3.89, X^2=-6-79, X^2=-7.01, X^2=-7.59, X^2=-7.39, P 〈 0.05 -0.01 ）;In 10 cases（25.0%）of natural childbirth, forceps delivery of 12 cases（30.0%）with cardiac function Ⅰ-Ⅱ class were significantly higher than the 3 cases （9.4%） of natural childbirth, 4 cases （12.5%） of forceps delivery （ X^ 2=-4.39, X^2=4-01, P 〈 0.05）; Cesarean section 18 cases（45.0%）with cardiac function-Ⅱ class were significantly lower than the 25 cases（78.1%）with cardiac function Ⅲ - Ⅳ（ x^2=4.29,P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention of entire process can go smoothly through the pregnancy in pregnant women with heart disease.
