山茱萸不同生长期多糖含量的动态积累研究

摘　　要：目的:评价山茱萸不同生长期多糖含量变化的动态积累。方法:以硫酸-蒽酮法测定不同生长期山茱萸中多糖的含量。结果:山茱萸中多糖的含量呈规律性变化,在果实成熟时多糖的含量较高。结论:该文结果可为山茱萸规范化种植以及药材的采收加工提供科学依据。Objective： To determine the total polysaccharides in different growth phase of Fruetus Comi. Methods： Colorimetry of Sulfuric acid--Anthrone was used to measure the content of total polysaecharides. Results： The content of total polysaccharides appeared regular changes and the content of total polysaccharides was highest in the mature phase. Conclusion： The result might provide scientific basis for havesting of Fruetus Comi.
