复方灵芝降糖胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方灵芝降糖胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型大鼠的作用。方法:以高脂饲料喂饲Wistar大鼠诱发胰岛素抵抗,并以小剂量链尿佐菌素(STZ)ip,诱发Ⅱ型糖尿病。模型大鼠随机分组,ig给药。给药结束后取血进行血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)检测。结果:与模型组相比,复方灵芝降糖胶囊高,中,低剂量给药1个月后糖尿病大鼠血糖、TG、TC均明显下降,SOD值明显升高,统计学具显著意义。结论:复方灵芝降糖胶囊对大鼠Ⅱ型糖尿病模型有较好的疗效。Objective：To study the effect of Co-Lingzhi jiangtang Capsule to type Ⅱ melituria rats. Method： To make the model of type Ⅱ melituria rats with feeding hyper-lipid fodder and injecting a small dosage STZ to intraperitoneum. And then the modle rats were divided into 7 groups and administered. After administration the blood samples were taken to determine their blood glucose, TG, TC, and SOD. Results： Compareing to control group, the capsule has obvious effects on lowering blood glucose, TG and TC and enhanceing SOD-activity after administration for 1 month. Conclusion： The Co-Lingzhijiangtang Capsule may be an effective medicine to treat type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.
