摘　　要：目的以优化服务流程为指导思想,保障奥运会人员的就诊过程安全、快捷。方法筹备阶段:包括环境的准备,护理人员的培训,奥运流程的制定;实施阶段:主要是各岗位分工明确,管理者实时监督,提供让患者满意的特色服务。结果奥运流程系统运行通畅,患者得到及时、准确的医疗服务,非医疗时间明显减少。结论奥运门诊执行优化服务流程,为患者提供了有效的服务措施,圆满地完成了奥运会赋予的门诊护理工作,也为今后门诊流程建设奠定了基础。Objective To optimize nursing service flow-sheet and ensure the clinic visit safe and fast for the Olympic Games personnel. Methods Preparation period ：environment preparation,nurse training,and Olympic Games clinic flow-sheet development.During Olympic Games period,the duty for each nursing position is clear,the managers supervised at real time to provide special feature service which the outpatients were very satisfied. Results The Olympic Games clinic flow-sheet system carried out smoothly. It provided outpatients exact and in time services. The non medical treatment time was decreased obviously. Conclusion The Olympic clinical flow system carried out smoothly. It has provided visiting chnical exactly in time to the outpatients. It has shorted the un-visiting clinical time obviously.
