摘　　要：目的探讨核心能力培养在骨科专科护理培训中的应用及效果。方法按照核心能力培养的理论,结合不同年资护士的具体情况,制定培训计划,并组织落实。结果通过核心能力的培养,骨科护理人页的综合素质显著提高。结论重视和发展护士核心能力的培养,有助于提高护理人员的社会适应能力和专业素质及自我成就感,增加骨科护理专业的竞争力,促进护理事业的发展。Objective To discuss the application and effectiveness of core competence in the nursing training program ot orthopedics department. Methods According to the core competence theory,in consideration of the conditions of nurses with different working experiences,training plan was made and applied. Results The comprehensive ability of the nurses was sig- nificantly improved after the training. Conclusions The core competence may greatly improve the adaptability and self-recog- nition of the nurse in orthopedic department ,make nursing more competitive ,advance the progress of nursing career.
