摘　　要：本文以城乡统筹社会保障改革的基本原则和指导思想为指引,立足于中国农村社会转型的时代背景和发展趋势,结合国际农村社会保障制度演进路径的比较分析,探讨中国农村社会养老保险制度的模式选择及适宜的运行机制,以及如何更好地实现我国农村正式的社会养老保险制度同传统的家庭保障、社区服务、互助组织等有机结合,构建有中国特色的农村多层次养老保障体系。This article is guided by the basic principles and ideology of urban and rural for social security reform, and is based on background and the trend of China＇s rural social transformation, combining with comparative analysis of the evolutional path of international rural social security system, and seeks the suitable model for China＇s rural social pension system as well as appropriate operating mechanism, and finds the way how to better achieve organic combination of China rural official social pension system, the traditional family protection, community service and mutual aid organizations, building a rural multi-level old-age security system with Chinese characteristics.
