摘 要:为了实现连续规模化生产以及碳纤维在尼龙6复合材料中的均匀分布,采用了长径比为32:1的SLJ-35B型双螺杆挤出机。结果显示碳纤维在复合材料中分布非常均匀,碳纤维平均长径比约为20:1;在潮湿环境下与纯尼龙相比,碳纤维增强后的尼龙6复合材料各项性能的稳定性明显增加;扫描电镜照片显示碳纤维与尼龙基体强化学耦合显著提高了复合材料的整体粘结性。To achieve continuous process, large-scale production and intimate mixing of the carbon fibers in nylon6 composite, the composite manufacturing was carried out in a twin-screw extruder with a length-diameter ratio of 32:1. The results showed that the carbon fibers with the average length-diameter ratio of 20:1 were dispersed homogeneously in the composite. Compared to the neat nylon6 resin, the carbon fiber reinforced nylon (CFRPA6) composite improved retention of physical properties in humid environments. The strong chemical coupling of the carbon fibers to the nylon6 matrix as illustrated in the scanning electron micrograph (SEM) attributed to the excellent bonding integrity.
