摘 要:为提高银叶树(Leucadendron cv.Inca Gold)的扦插繁殖成苗率,比较研究了不同季节、植物生长调节剂的种类及浓度对其扦插生根包括插条生根率、所生不定根长度及数量的影响,结果表明:在昆明地区有大棚设施的扦插条件下,12月份插条的平均生根率最高;外源激素的种类及浓度对插条生根率、不定根长度及数量的影响各不相同。吲哚丁酸(IBA)能显著促进银叶树的插条生根,明显提高插条所生不定根的长度并在一定程度上增加不定根的数量,且其促进作用随浓度的增加而增大。奈乙酸(NAA)也能在一定程度上促进银叶树的插条生根、提高插条所生不定根的质量,但效果并不显著。12月份采种质圃中生长旺盛的半木质化枝条作插条,并用IBA3000~4000mg/kg的溶液进行浸泡1~2min是处理银叶树插条的最佳方法,扦插后平均生根率可达86.67%,插条的平均根长可达5cm,不定根数量可达15条。The effect of cutting season, plant growth regulators and their concentration on rooting ratio, length and number of adventitious root systems of Leucadendron cv. Inca Gold cuttings were compared in order to improve the rooting of cutting propagation. The results showed December was the most suitable time for cutting propagation because cuttings harvested at this time got the highest rooting ratio. IBA could significantly increase rooting ratio, length of the adventitious roots, and somewhat number of adventitious roots. The effect of IBA increased consistently with its concentration. NAA could also increase rooting ratio and improve root quality of the cuttings on a certain rooting ratio of the half matured cuttings collected extent, but the effect was not significant. The average from the nursery in December could be 86.67% after immersing in the solution with 3000-4000 mg/kg IBA for 1-2 minutes. The rooted cuttings each had 15 adventitious roots with an average length of 5 cm.
