摘  要:以福建省典型区域和特色茶产业为研究对象,通过理论分析,假设了19个可能影响茶叶标准化实施的潜变量。结合问卷调查法与半结构访谈法,应用Likert5点量表法,对19个潜变量予以赋值;采用主成分因子分析并进行正交旋转,选取特征值大于1的前3个影响因子,其累积的解释变异量为72.296%,3个因子可以解释假设潜变量的大部分变差,即可解释茶叶标准化实施的主要影响因素。综合分析了标准化推广因素、市场因素和监管因素等3因素中的各变量,为发展茶叶标准化提供可行的依据。Based on the typical region and characteristic tea industry in Fujian, by theoretical analysis, 19 potential variables affecting possibly the implementation of tea standardization were supposed. With the survey and semi-structured interview, by Likert-5 Scale, the value of the 19 potential variables were defined; By principal component analysis and rotation, the variables of the value being more than 1 were selected, which could explain the variation of the assumption variables, that is the interpretation of the main factors affecting the implementation of tea standardization. The influencing factors of tea standardization extension, tea market and supervision in implementing tea standardization were analyzed, which would be the feasible basis for tea standardization development.
