摘　　要：目的探讨应用宫颈钳夹术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果。方法32例宫缩乏力致产后出血患者加用宫颈钳夹术治疗(治疗组)与同期36例采用常规方法治疗(对照组)的产妇在出血量进行比较。结果治疗组产后出血量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),未见不良反应。结论宫颈钳夹术简单、安全,是治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的有效方法。Objective To explore the effect of cervic clamping on the management of postpartum hemorrhage（PPH）. Methods 32 cases with PPH cause by uterine inertia treated with cervic clamping were analyzed. Results For 32 patients with PPH, cervic clamping was performed, and average PPH volume was low.The effect of controlling PPH was good.Also side reactions were not found. Conclusion The method for management of PPH is an easy, safe and highly effective conservative surgical technique on the management of postpartum hemorrhage（PPH）.
