抗震救灾列车医疗队护理组织管理方法与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨抗震救灾列车医疗队在伤员转运中的护理组织管理方法。方法制订转运预案和工作流程,做好转运前的准备工作,快速进行检伤分类、安置伤员,转运中加强病情观察、处置,严防并发症的发生,并积极开展心理救助。结果列车医疗队共救治危重伤员185例,转运伤员1048例,无一例死亡。无并发症及其他意外情况发生,也未发生差错事故及纠纷。结论护理人员良好的协作精神及应急能力、有效的转运流程及预案是确保成批伤员安全转运的保障。Objective To explore the methods of nursing management in the transportation of wounded patients due to earthquake by train. Methods The management measures included establishing transportation project and work flow, making good preparations before transportation, making fast classification of wounded patients, strengthening monitoring complications and providing psychological care actively during transportation. Results The medical team on medical train treated 185 patients with severc wounds, and transported 1 048 wounded patients. Among which, no person died,no complication and medical errors occulted during the transportation. Conclusion The nurses＇ higb level cooperation, emergency abilities and team spirit, as well as the effective transportation flow and project is the key points to ensure the successful and safe transportation of group wounded patients.
