摘  要:胶束动电毛细管色谱法分离测定复方感冒药帕尔克中的扑热息痛、扑尔敏、苯丙醇胺和右美沙芬4种组分。通过对缓冲液pH和SDC浓度的优化选择,确定分离用缓冲液为20mmol/L硼酸—20mmol/L氢氧化钠溶液(pH10,含50mmol/LSDC),在9min内将上述4种组分完全分离且其迁移时间具有良好的重现性。A micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatographic method was set up to separate and determine four ingredients(including chlopheniramine,paracetamol,phenylpropanolamine and dextromethophane).Optimization of pH and SDC concentrations of buffer solution was studied,which showed that 20m mol/L H3BO3-20m mol/L NaOH(pH10) with 50m mol/L SDC could separate the above ingredients completely within 9min with good reproducibility of migration times.Using caffeine as internal standard,the four ingredients in tablet of Pa-er-ke were determined.
