摘 要:本文认为,目前跨国零售企业在华区位投资发展不均衡,区位选择向中西部和东部二、三线城市延伸,且开店速度加快,区位竞争加剧,这对国内零售企业、零售业态与上游制造业都会产生一定的影响。文章提出,我国零售企业在学习国外先进技术、发挥自我优势的同时,更需要从谋求合作到战略实施上谋求新的突破,如实施强强联合战略,弥补规模劣势;实施差异化(如区位差异化、业态差异化和定位差异化)战略,突出特色经营等。Ever since the late of the 1990s, the retailing MNCs attempted to enter the local markets in China, which developed quickly especially since 2004 when China committed to fully open the retailing industry required by WTO. This paper analyzes the incentives of location alteration of retailing MNCs and the following impacts on the domestic retailing industry in China, based on the characteristics and trends of their location selection and development. Finally this paper puts forward the countermeasures and strategies for local finns.
