摘　　要：叙述了苎麻和山羊绒的性能,讨论了利用半精纺设备,加大对重点工艺技术攻关,开发出苎麻与山羊绒混纺比为50/50的针织纱产品。讨论了苎麻与山羊绒混纺针织纱的工艺流程,以及生产中应注意的问题和解决方法,同时介绍了苎麻与山羊绒混纺针织纱各开发工序的主要工艺参数,并对纱线的质量进行测量。阐述了生产难点,认为降低锡林、盖板和道夫速度、并条时采取定长络筒、提高粗纱捻度、细纱采用硬度大的胶辊,有利于成纱质量的提高。In this paper, property of ramie fiber and cashmere are described briefly. It discusses the spinning technics of semi-worsted spinning equipment, solves the important technical problems to spin the 50/ 50 ramie/cashmere blended knitting yam. It discusses some questions in manufacture practice of spinning process, and provides some measures to solve these questions. The key technological parameters in developing of ramie/cashmere blended knitting yam are introduced. The quality of the blended knitting yam is measured. It describes the main problems in the production. It points out that reducing the rate of cylinder, wire fiat and doffer,fixing length when the drawn sliver deliver into the cans, improving the roving twist, choosing high degree of hardness rubber can improve the yarn performance.
