粗纺羊绒制品外观疵点成因分析

摘　　要：对山羊绒粗纺针织制品常见的外观疵点搓板纱、粗细条纹、松紧捻、薄厚档、云斑纱、毛粒、色差、油污纱、异色毛等进行分类汇总,详细介绍了这些疵点在织物上的表现形式,从纺纱的角度分析了疵点产生的原因,并提出了具体的解决措施,在实际生产中有较强的可行性。此外,着重介绍了搓板纱的表现形式、产生原因和解决措施。对粗纺羊绒针织纱外观质量问题进行了总结,对粗纺企业有一定的参考价值。There are many surface faults on the woollen cashmere knitting fabric, such as rubbing apron yarn, thickness stripe, irregular twist streak, uneven thickness, cloudy spot yarn, hair granule, chromatic aberration, oil-yarn,heterotrichosis and so on. From the view of spinning process, this article summarizes all the surface faults, introduces the forms of these faults, and analyzes the causes of the faults, at last gives solutions to them, which is relative feasible in real production. In addition, because the rubbing apron yarn is a difficult problem in woollen products, this paper emphasizes its form, causes and solutions especially. This article is the summary of surface faults of woollen knitting yams, and is an original contribution paper, which is of great value to woollen factory.
