摘 要:随着建筑市场竞争激烈程度日益提高,动态联盟这一新型的组织模式已经成为建筑伙伴企业追求自身发展壮大并获得竞争优势的重要战略,而建立伙伴间合理的收益分配机制又是保证建设项目动态联盟高效运转的关键要素。盟主企业通过设计正式契约引入激励机制,以提高伙伴的努力水平,从而保证联盟的稳定运行和项目目标的实现,联盟收益分配对象由盟主和合作伙伴共同确定,业主以及项目利益相关者对项目价值的认可也应作为联盟收益分配的对象。针对以联盟确定的伙伴努力水平所实现的收益为收益分配对象的不公正性,根据建设项目动态联盟的实际情况,建立以联盟、业主、项目利益相关者等确定的伙伴最终实现的项目价值为收益分配对象的模型,并通过对伙伴所完成分包项目价值状态的确认,确定一个奖励额度,实现对正式契约和模型的改进,采用遗传算法对模型进行求解,算例结果表明,改进后的模型极大地提高了伙伴的努力程度,提高了收益分配的合理性。With increasing competition in construction market, virtual enterprise of construction project is an important model for construction partners to gain predominance, and a sound profit allocation mechanism is one of the key factors to ensure its success. Profit allocation is commonly determined by the main-contractor and other partners, and the values recognized by the owner and other participants should be distributed in the virtual enterprise. Due to the irrationality of profit allocation based on the effort level confirmed by the virtual enterprise only, a profit allocation model is established, considering the reality of the virtual enterprise of construction project, in accordance with the final values of the subprojeet confirmed by the virtual enterprise, owner and other participants. The model is modified by using a bonus confirmed by the final values of the subprojects finished by partners. The modified model is solved by using genetic algorithms, and the results prove that the modified model greatly improve the effort level and the rationality of profit allocation.
