摘  要:目的对广藿香挥发油进一步纯化,得到含广藿香醇更高的产品。方法采用正交试验法优化分子蒸馏技术纯化广藿香挥发油所需温度、进料速度、刮膜转速的最佳工艺参数,采用了弹性石英毛细管柱HP-5,在检测器温度为280℃,气化温度为280℃;分流比为20∶1条件下进行GC法测定,并用内标法定量。考察了蒸发温度对广藿香挥发油提取率的影响以及分子蒸馏技术与传统的水蒸气法的比较。结果利用分子蒸馏提纯广藿香挥发油的最佳蒸发温度为65℃时,广藿香挥发油的质量分数和提取率分别达到40.71%和76.55%。结论分子蒸馏法比传统的水蒸气蒸馏法所得产物中有效成分质量分数和转移率要高,在广藿香挥发油提纯的工业化生产方面有很好的应用前景。Objective The volatile oil was further purified to get the patchouli alcohol by molecular distillation taking patchouli oil which contained 23.97% of patchouli alcohol as raw material. Methods The best process parameters, including temperature, feed rate, and scraping rate, of molecular distillation technique for separating patchouli oil were studied by orthogonal test. The content was detected by GC under the conditions of elastic quartz capillary column HP-5, detector temperature 280℃, gasification temperature 280℃, distributary refer 20 : 1. The effects of evaporation temperature on content and extraction rate of the patchouli oil had been investigated and the difference between the molecular and vapor distillations was studied. Results Content and extraction rate of patchouli alcohol under the best evaporation temperature 65℃ by molecular distillation reached to 40.71% and 76.55%, respectively. Conclusion The molecular distillation technique that could get the product with higher purity and extracting rate than that by vapor distillation in patchouli oil purification has a very good prospect in industry.
