摘　　要：本文探讨二次谐波显像条件下新型经静脉声学造影剂ＦＸ５３０剂量与显像效果之间的关系。１１条健康杂种犬取左室短轴切面后，按剂量０．００２５、０．００５、０．０１及０．０２ｍｌ／ｋｇ经静脉注射ＦＸ５３０。结果发现心肌血流灌注显像随造影剂注射剂量的增大而增强。剂量为０．００２５ｍｌ／ｋｇ时未产生声影，０．００５ｍｌ／ｋｇ产生轻微声影；０．０１ｍｌ／ｋｇ出现明显声影；０．０２ｍｌ／ｋｇ声影强烈。前壁声学密度分别为８．４８±１．４８ｄＢ（０．００２５ｍｌ／ｋｇ），１１．４４±１．５８ｄＢ（０．００５ｍｌ／ｋｇ），１２．６６±２．０２ｄＢ（０．０１ｍｌ／ｋｇ），１４．３２±２．２７ｄＢ（０．０２ｍｌ／ｋｇ），ｐ＜０．０１。结论：不同剂量的声学造影剂对二次谐波显像效果有较大的影响，较大剂量可产生较强的心肌对比作用，但声影也较明显。本文推荐剂量为０．００５－０．０１ｍｌ／ｋｇ。The objective of this study is to determine different myocardial contrast with second harmonic imaging using different doses of a new intravenous contrast agent FX530.Short axis views of left ventricles were acquired in 11 healthy dogs under intravenous injections of FX530 with different doses:0 0025ml/kg,0 005ml/kg,0 01/kg and 0 02ml/kg.More significant myocardial contrast was produced by a larger dose of the agent.We found no shadowing of the myocardium in dose 0 0025ml/kg,tracing in 0 005ml/kg,significant in 0 01ml/kg and strong in 0 02ml/kg.With anterior wall acoustic density measured to be 8 48±1 48dB(0 0025 ml/kg),11 44±1 58dB(0 005ml/kg),12 66±2 02dB(0 01ml/kg),14 32±2 27dB(0 02ml/kg),respectively,p<0 01.Conclusion:Different doses of FX530 can produce different myocardial contrast presented with second harmonic imaging.A larger dose can produce greater contrast but greater cavitary shadowing also effect.this study recommends 0 005 0 01ml/kg to be adepted.
