摘 要:试验以龙眼"红核子"胚性愈伤组织为材料,对龙眼体细胞胚胎发生进行同步化调控,2,4-D浓度为0.07mg/L时获得了心形胚,2,4-D浓度为0.05mg/L和0.06mg/L时获得了鱼雷形胚,2,4-D浓度为0mg/L时获得了高度同步化的子叶形胚。研究表明,通过培养基中2,4-D浓度的微量调整,基本能够控制龙眼体胚发育中期心型、鱼雷形胚的发育同步化。In this experiment the synchronization regulation of somatic embryogenesis from the embryogenic callus was performed in Dimocarpus longan Lour. cv. Honghezi. The somatic embryos at heart-stage were obtained when the concentration of 2,4-D was 0.07 rag/L, the somatic embryos at torpedo-stage were obtained when the concentrations of 2,4-D were 0.05 mg/L and 0.06 mg/L , the somatic embryos at cotyledonary-stage were obtained when the COnCentration of 2,4-D was 0 mg/L. The results showed that the developmental synchronization of somatic embryos at heart-stage and torpedo-stage could be roughly achieved by changing the concentrations of 2,4-D on the media gently at the middle developmental stages during longan somatic embryogenesis.
