宣城市城镇化发展趋势及其用地需求研究

摘　　要：文章选取宣城市1978—2005年的统计资料,分析了宣城市城镇化现状、发展历程以及存在的问题.在此基础上预测2010年和2020年人口和城镇化水平,推算出2010年和2020年城镇建设所需要用地,最后提出合理的建议与措施,为规划与决策提供参考。Based on the selected statictics date from 1978 to 2005 in Xuancheng city, the present situation, developing course and some existing problems of the urbanization were analyzed in this paper. The population and the level of urbanization were predicted in 2010 and 2020, The required land for urban construction was calculated. The reasonable suggestions and measures were finally put forward, as the reference for planning and decision.
