原因不明发热患者尿标本细菌L型的研究

摘　　要：研究了４１例原因不明发热患者尿标本中的细菌Ｌ型的分布、超微结构及相关因素。结果表明，细菌Ｌ型的阳性率达６５．８５％，阳性率女性明显高于男性；细菌类型主要为金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌。由透射电镜可见，Ｌ型菌细胞壁部分缺失。药敏试验结果表明，头孢唑啉和头孢噻甲羧肟对检出菌及其Ｌ型均有较强地抑制作用；而氨苄青霉素，丁胺卡那霉素、ＳＭＺｃｏ和红霉素对Ｌ型作用较差。The bacterial L form in 41 urine samples from patients with fever of unknown origin were detected.The positive rate of bacterial L form was 65.85%.The species were mainly Staphylococcus aureus and E.coli.The positive rate of bacterial L form was higher in female than that in male.The cell wall defect could be observed under the electron microscope.Drug sensitivity tests showed that the Cefazolin and Ceftazidime were more effective than other antibiotics in inhibition of bacterial L form.The results suggest that the higher positive rate of the bacterial L form in urine of patients with fever of unknown origin may be associated with the fever.
