自控镇痛泵健康教育指导标准的设计与探讨

摘　　要：目的:构建使用自控镇痛泵病人护理健康教育指导标准,并对其合理性及可操作性进行探讨。方法:根据使用自控镇痛泵病人健康教育的需求,参照美国ISO9000质量管理体系的框架,分5个步骤构建自控镇痛泵病人术前、术后健康教育指导标准;并对某省2个地区的438名外科护理人员进行问卷调查,测量护理人员对此标准的认同情况。结果:98%的护士认为此标准内容完整,对临床有指导作用;97%的护士认为此标准实用性和可操作性强;96%的护士认为该标准能有效地控制健康教育质量。结论:本指导标准对健康教育的临床指导、质量管理、目标控制具有重要的积极作用,提高了使用自控镇痛泵病人的满意度。Objective： This study aimed to build the standard of health education to the patients with PCA pump and explore its rationality and practicability. Methods： According to the health education demands of PCA patients and the framework of ISO9000 quality control system, the health education standard for PCA patients pre-operation and post-operation was developed through 5 steps. And 438 surgical nurses in 2 regions were investigated to test the acceptability of the standard. Results： 89% of nurses thought the standard were all-sided and guided the clinical practice while 97% considered it as high rationality and practicability. And 96% of nursed thought the standard could control the health education quality effectively. Con- clusion ： The standard, which is effective in the objective-based quality control, could direct the health education in the clinics and improve the satisfaction of the PCA patients.
