摘  要:微波辐射下采用酸作为催化剂合成四苯基卟啉,考察了溶剂、催化剂、微波辐射时间、微波辐射功率对产率的影响。实验表明,二甲苯作溶剂50 mL,对硝基苯甲酸作催化剂0.9 g,苯甲醛0.01 mol,吡咯0.01 mol,微波辐射功率280 W,辐射时间16 min,产率达到53.6%。Teraphenylporphyrin was efficiently synthesized from benzaldehyde and pyrrole under microwave irradiation with acid as catalyst. The effects of solvent, catalyst, microwave irradiation time, microwave irradiation power on the yield of teraphenylporphyrin were investigated. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as followed: 0.9g p-nitrobentoic acid as the catalyst in 50 mL xylene, benzaldehyde 0.01 mol, pyrrole 0.01 tool, microwave irradiation power 280 W, microwave irradiation time 16 min, the yield was up to 53.6%.
