摘　　要：通过系统回顾国外十余年来有关阿卡波糖不良反应的病例报道,全面分析上市后有关该药不良反应、安全性研究及与其他药物相互作用的情况,以指导临床医师合理使用阿卡波糖;同时,提出针对该药某些不良反应发生机制和药物相互作用机制积极开展上市后研究和制定有效的风险管理方案是该药上市后研究的重点与方向,从而为保证临床用药安全有效提供科学依据,同时也是延长产品生命周期与保持企业核心竞争力的重要途径。By conducting a systematic review on adverse drug reaction （ADR） case reports of acarbose, analyzing its adverse drug reactions, safety and interaction with other drug, to pomote the rational use of acarbose. By conducting the post-market research in the mechanism of the ADR and the interaction to take effective risk management plan, which is the emphasis and direction of the research, to provide scientific theoretical basis for the medication safety. It＇s also an important way to extend the product life and hold the core competence.
