大门岛中华蜜蜂种群分化形态遗传分析

摘　　要：中华蜜蜂种群遗传分析是中华蜜蜂种质资源研究、保护与利用的重要基础。通过对位于浙江省温州市洞头县的大门岛以及相邻大陆的中华蜜蜂形态遗传分析,发现大门岛中华蜜蜂与大陆的中华蜜蜂发生种群分化。这对进一步揭示中华蜜蜂生态隔离规律,种群形成机制,中华蜜蜂微进化动力等蜜蜂种群遗传学的深入研究具有重要价值。Honeybees of Apis cerana cerana sampled from Damen island, Juxi, Chixi of Wenzhou city were morphometrically analyzed. The multivariate analysis resulted in two separable populations. This result revealed the sea area reproduction isolation mechanism for Apis cerana cerana, which was the reason of microevolution and provided more theortic supports for effectively preserving indigenous Apis cerana cerana as a genetic resource for the future utilization in honeybee breeding programs.
