摘　　要：作为中国海洋鱼类寄生粘孢子虫的系列研究内容之一,本文报道了自青岛沿海多种鱼类体内寄生的薄壳虫属1新种并重描述了3个已知种:似短薄壳虫,新种Leptotheca brevoides sp.n.;云雾薄壳虫L.nebulifera Zhao & Song,2003;豆粒薄壳虫L.faba(Meglitsch,1960)Zhao & Song,2003和大孢薄壳虫L.macrospora Auerbach,1909。Four myxoporeans of Leptotheea Thelohan, 1895 （ Myxosporea, Ceratomyxidae） were found in blennioid fishes, red sea bream,black rockfish and false kelpfish collected from the Yellow Sea coasts. Among which ,a new species,Leptotheca brevoides sp. n. , three known forms,L, nebulifera Zhao ＆ Song,2003, L.faba （ Meglitsch, 1960） Zhao ＆ Song, 2003, and L. macrospora Auerbach,1909 were investigated, which were newly reported by the present authors （Zhao ＆ Song, 2003）. The species,including spores and plasmodia,were isolated in the urinary bladder or gall bladder of the hosts. The diagnostic features of Leptotheca brevoides sp. n. ： trophozoites monosporous; small spore spherical or subspherical with smooth surface, （ 7.0-10.0 ） μm× （ 6.5--7.5 ） μm in size ; sutural line fine, two spherical polar capsules located anterior- ly, （2.0--2.5） μm×（ 1.5--2.0 ） μm in diameter ; polar filament coiled 2 coils ; eoelozoic. Leptotheca nebulifera Zhao ＆ Song ,2003 is re-diagnosed as ：trophozoites disporous with filament like pseudopodium, （11.0--14.0） μm×（9.0--12.5） μm in size;spore kidney-shaped with smooth surface, （ 10.0--12.5 ）μm× （5.5--6.5） tzm in size;sutural line straight, two spherical polar capsules in a plane perpendicular to the sutural line, 1.5--2.0μm in diameter;coelozoic. Leptotheca fa- ba （Meglitsch, 1960） Zhao ＆ Song,2003 is redefined by：possessing the thickness of spore less than or equal to, but not over the height of spore, which was placed in genus Leptotheca; coelozoic. Pagrosomus major is the report of new host for L.faba. Leptotheca macrospora Auerbach, 1909 is redescribed as： trophozoites monosporous or disporous, spore kidneyshaped with smooth surface, （18--26）μm× （ 10--14 ） μm in size, two spherical polar capsules in a plane perpendicular to the sutural line,3-41μm in diameter;coelozoic.
